Amy Turnipseed
Amy Turnipseed joined StateStreet Group as Commercial Real Estate Manager in August of 2009. Included in her responsibilities are leasing and management for the commercial properties in our portfolio.
Prior to working at StateStreet Group, Amy was Regional Manager of the Jackson downtown portfolio at Parkway Properties, Inc. consisting of five Class A office buildings totaling approximately 950,000 square feet. While employed in this position, she managed a team of 16 employees in the daily operations of the buildings as well as being actively involved in the leasing.
After graduating from Millsaps College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Amy attended the University of Mississippi where she earned a Masters of Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Currently, she is a member of the local Commercial Investment Real Estate (CCIM) chapter.
