John K. Ditto, III
John K. Ditto, III joined StateStreet Group in 2000 and is currently President responsible for acquisitions, operations and development. Prior to joining StateStreet Group Mr. Ditto was employed by EastGroup Properties in both Jackson, MS, and Phoenix, AZ where he worked as an asset manager in various Sunbelt markets. Mr. Ditto came to EastGroup in 1996 from the Raskin Company in Nashville, TN where he was involved in commercial leasing and brokerage.
A 1994 graduate of Vanderbilt University, Mr. Ditto has been involved in various civic and professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, the Manufactured Housing Institute, the Mississippi Self Storage Association and the Mississippi Multifamily Council. He serves on the Boards of Habitat for Humanity Jackson and Leadership Jackson where he was a member of the 2003-2004 class. Mr. Ditto is a member of the Downtown Jackson Rotary Club and First Baptist Church of Jackson.
Mr. Ditto and his wife Laurel reside in Jackson and have three children.
