  • StateStreet Group seeks a Maintenance Service Technician to provide service to mobile homes and apartments.  Properties are located in the tri-county area.  Must be able to meet the following to qualify:

    • Clean driving record  

    • Clean background (No criminal history)

    • HVAC Certification

    • Experience repairing light electrical and plumbing issues

    • Carpentry experience 

    • Willing to be on-call after-hours 

    Type of jobs that Maintenance Service Technician will perform:

    • Drywall work

    • Paint

    • Light carpentry 

    • Light electrical

    • Light plumbing

    • Hang doors

    • Replacement of window glass

    • Other work as needed

    Compensation:

    • Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience

    • Group Health Insurance  

    • 401K Plan

    • Vacation & Sick Leave after 90 days
