Maintenance Technician Wanted (Jackson)

StateStreet Group is seeking Maintenance Technician’s for a newer luxury apartment  community in Jackson Metro Area. HVAC certification and experience with new high tech systems are a requirement. Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria to qualify:

1. Clean driving record (No DUI's)
2. Clean criminal background (No criminal history)
3. Experience with light electrical, carpentry, and light plumbing
4. Be willing to be on-call after hours
5. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random screenings thereafter

StateStreet Group offers group health insurance, 401k plan after first year with the company, and paid vacation and sick days after 90 days with the company. Hourly pay will be commensurate with experience.

Property/Floater Manager

StateStreet Group, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Property/Floater Manager. The candidate selected for this position may work at various residential and storage properties as needed in the Jackson Metro area and will gain valuable experience in property management, self-storage management, leasing, customer service, and decision making. This person MUST be available to work every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria to qualify:

1. Clean driving record (No DUI's)
2. Clean criminal background (No criminal history)
3. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random screenings thereafter

4. Strong worth ethic and work history

5. Great office skills, strong computer skills including knowledge of Yardi, and great people skills

Analyst & Acquisitions Position (Jackson)

StateStreet Group, LLC is seeking an Analyst/Acquisitions/Development Associate to help grow its commercial real estate portfolio in Jackson, MS and other targeted markets throughout the southeast. Established in 1971, StateStreet Group, LLC has acquired and developed over 2 million square feet of commercial property. It currently owns and manages several property types, including commercial, self-storage, and about 1,500 multifamily units. We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for real estate to join our team.


Duties include:


• Perform market research on prospective investment markets
• Review offering memorandums
• Underwrite prospective acquisitions
• Assist with investor packages
• Seek new investment opportunities
• Assist with management of our existing greater Jackson portfolio
• Assist with investor relations
• Support development projects.


A minimum of 3 years of experience with investment property (multifamily, self-storage, commercial, and/or industrial) underwriting, acquisitions and development is a plus but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience. This position is based in Jackson, MS.

Storage Manager

StateStreet Group, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Storage Manager.  The candidate selected for this position will work at a storage facility in the Jackson Metro area and will be responsible for the day to day management and leasing of the facility.  This person MUST be available to work alternating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Candidates must be able to meet the following minimum criteria to qualify:

2. Clean criminal background (No criminal history)

3. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random screenings thereafter

4. Strong worth ethic and work history

5. Great office skills, strong computer skills, ability to learn property management software, and great people skills
